We want you to love your Tgideas order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To start a return, simply email us at support@tgideascare.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 1–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
